This website
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, only a technical cookie that remembers your language. The server keeps technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and debugging, for at most 30 days.
Overage: face images
When a visitor confirms their age with Overage, the widget takes a few webcam frames and sends them to our server, only after the visitor allows the camera.
Frames are processed in memory only, to estimate age, and deleted as soon as we respond. We do not store photos, face templates or biometric identifiers, and we do not use them to train models.
The result is a signed token containing only the threshold (e.g. “18+”), a random identifier and an expiry time. It never contains the age, a name or an image.
To prevent abuse we briefly count attempts per IP address, in memory, for about one minute.
Where data is processed
Our services run in a Hetzner Online GmbH data centre in Germany (European Union).
Your rights
You can ask what data we process about you, and ask us to correct or delete it: hello@lamp.ar. Because we do not keep Overage frames, there is nothing of that kind left to hand over or delete.

When we update this policy, the date on this page changes.
