The service

LAMP.AR provides AR and computer vision products, including Overage: camera-based age estimation to embed in websites.

What Overage is

Overage estimates age from a face image. It is an estimate, not identity or formal age verification, and results can be wrong.

Customers are responsible for deciding whether this method meets the law where they operate, and for offering alternative verification where needed.

Customer obligations

Customers must verify tokens on their own server using the published public key.

Customers must tell their users that the camera is used and link to this privacy policy.

Using the service unlawfully, overloading it, or working around its limits is not allowed.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously, but during early access we give no availability guarantee. An SLA is available under a separate agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, LAMP.AR is not liable for indirect damages caused by using the service or its results.
